Along with Valentine’s Day, February marks American Heart Month.  American Heart Month is a great time to commit to a healthy lifestyle and make small changes that can lead to a lifetime of heart health.

Maybe you started off the year with fitness and health goals in mind and you haven’t quite maintained them the way you had hoped.  Now is the time to get back on track.  Small changes can make a big difference.  Here are a few things you can do today:

  • Schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss heart health. 

  • Add exercise into your daily routine. 

  • Increase healthy eating.

  • Quit smoking.
